She is Juliet's nurse. She lost a
daughter who was about juliet's age. She is very friendly, motherly, and talkativeto Juliet. Even though these are good characteristics,
she can sometimes be annoying. She also only has four teeth.
Note:
When this play is acted out, the nurse
is usually played by a heavy person. It can be acted by anyone but this is just a tradition that is still going on.
